Requirements:
Mechanical fitter/ fitter and turner trade certificate: Section 13/26D
Minimum of 3 years post trade experience in similar role
Knowledge of the FMCG industry
Live in the area of work or be willing to relocate
Duties:
Service, repair and maintain of plants and machinery, in and off season of fruit.
Daily inspections and reporting of findings as well as repairing of faults.
Upgrade equipment/machinery for improvement performance of the plant.
Be cost conscious with repairs and upgrades
Working overtime when required to complete task/breakdowns
Do standby on a rooster based
Individual must be a self starter who can work with or without supervision. Strong desire to get the work done by deadlines.
-Requirements- Minumun level of education: Trade Certificate
